We ship via USPS or UPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships you will receive an email confirmation. Items ship within 2-3 business days of ordering.
Some exceptions to shipping time apply. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We apologize, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Yaatree is not responsible for any shipping delays after the package is shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages.

Free standard shipping for any order over $100. Offer available within the US only.
Expedited Shipping options are available during the checkout process. Charges are in addition to standard shipping charges. Expedited shipping is not currently offered to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S Territories.

Returns and Exchanges
With a valid invoice, online purchases can be returned or exchanged.
Brand new, unworn, unwashed clothing with no stains or visible wear and tags attached may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a Yaatree credit or refund.
Returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of being received. You will be issued store credit or a refund for the amount of the item at the time of purchase. Shipping charges incurred on returned items are not refundable.
Items that are not in new and original condition will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made by the same method as original payment.
